Patterson Lakes is a waterfront residential community built around a network of canals and lakes — the kind of suburb where an active lifestyle is built into the geography. Boating, cycling, running, and recreation on the water are common, and so are the musculoskeletal problems that come with them: shoulder strain, lower back pain, knee and hip complaints, and the cumulative effect of desk-based work on posture and the fascial system.
Elevate Health Care is located at Suite 30 (Level 1), 93 Wells Road, Chelsea Heights — a short drive up Gladesville Boulevard into Wells Road, or via the M11 (take the Thames Promenade exit). Allow 60 minutes for your first appointment, with treatment starting at visit one.
Who We See
Patients from Patterson Lakes often present with shoulder and rotator cuff complaints from water sports and overhead activity, lower back pain from sustained desk posture, knee and hip problems from cycling and recreational running, and wrist or forearm pain from boating and manual tasks. We take a whole-body approach to assessment, looking at fascial load patterns and the kinetic chain rather than the painful structure alone.

Our Approach
Elevate Health Care combines chiropractic assessment and treatment with Stecco Fascial Manipulation — a systematic, evidence-informed method for identifying and treating the fascial system. Where standard assessments focus on the painful structure, our assessment looks at the mechanical and fascial environment that surrounds it.
This means a 45–60 minute initial consultation, a clear explanation of our findings, and a treatment plan grounded in your presentation rather than a fixed protocol. Dr Steven Hewitt (AHPRA: CHI0001115420) has been in chiropractic practice for 23 years, graduating from RMIT University in 2003.
